Mandatory Financial Disclosures

Each party must complete and file with the Court their own Sworn Financial Statement (JDF 1111 and JDF 1111SS) and Certificate of Compliance (JDF1104).

The mandatory financial disclosures are due 42 days from date of filing Petition for Dissolution of Marriage or Legal Separation. The Court will set an Initial Status Conference approximately 42 from the date of filing the Petition for Dissolution of Marriage. Many self-represented parties take their mandatory financial disclosures with them to their Initial Status Conference.

Some of the financial forms you must exchange with the other party are:

  • 3 years of business and personal tax returns
  • the most recent statements for all bank accounts, retirement funds, investment funds, credit accounts, college funds.
